Submission of Abstracts
Deadline: 15 January 2004
IMPORTANT: The abstract submitting system will be finally closed at February 22, 2004. There will be no more possibility to submit an abstract after this date, not even on the waiting list!
Kindly consider that submitted abstracts can only be reviewed if the presenting author has registered and paid for the conference beforehand. (Travel Grant applicants are excepted from this rule since they are preliminary registered and are guaranteed the possibility to withdraw registration in case no Travel Grant will be provided.)
Since the deadline for the submission of abstracts has already expired all newly submitted abstracts can only be accepted on a waiting list!
If you intend to present a poster or an oral presentation, please exclusively use the online abstract form. Abstracts submitted by fax are not accepted.
Abstracts should be prepared meeting a standard: title, author(s) [presenting author indicated with a prefixed*], institute(s), abstract (200 words maximum), corresponding author (complete address).
Please assign your abstract to one of the main themes mentioned below and inform us whether you wish to present a poster or an oral lecture.
The presenting author of a poster or oral presentation has to register (including payment) for the conference before the submitted abstract(s) will be evaluated by the organising committee.
